Context
Dashmoto is a mobility company behind the dash 3, a lightweight, portable electric mobility scooter designed around independence and dignified mobility. Its digital product has grown into a multi-region platform spanning a Shopify storefront, localized content, customer-support workflows, campaign tooling and internal administration.
My role
- Built much of the initial customer-facing product, responsive experience and checkout journey.
- Introduced the Strapi content platform and helped shape the architecture connecting commerce, regional configuration and content delivery.
- Continue to lead technical delivery across customer-facing, administrative and supporting systems.
- Own work from technical discovery and implementation through release, production diagnosis and continued iteration.
What I built
- Shopify product, variant, cart, accessory and multi-step checkout workflows.
- A Strapi-backed content platform with blogs, dynamic landing pages, publishing workflows and preview support.
- Shopify Markets, Strapi localization, region-aware routing and regional commerce behavior.
- HubSpot customer, campaign, subscription and product-support workflows, including customer-uploaded evidence.
- SEO, structured data, sitemaps, analytics, consent handling and CMS-managed redirects.
- An authenticated internal administration application for campaign and operational workflows.
- Ongoing platform upgrades, security hardening, resilience work and production releases.
How it works
- Next.js monorepo architecture spanning the public application, Strapi CMS, internal administration and shared services.
- Regional configuration carried consistently through Shopify market context, CMS localization, routing, checkout and discovery surfaces.
- Build-time content snapshots and cache/revalidation design that reduced the public site's runtime dependence on the CMS.
- Server-only commerce credentials, dependency hardening and defensive CRM updates around race conditions and partial failures.
Outcomes
- Took the product from its initial implementation into a broader, continuously operated commerce platform.
- Extended the product into international markets without splitting regional behavior into separate applications.
- Created operational tools and integrations that support customer service, campaigns and ongoing product delivery.
