QR Collect is a workforce attendance and time-tracking product for site-based teams, combining cross-platform mobile experiences with browser-based operational and reporting workflows.

## Luther's role

- Led the initial React Native and Expo delivery across the core mobile user journey.
- Worked end to end across mobile state, typed API integration, browser workflows, back-office configuration and reporting.
- Evolved the application from a mobile check-in client into a configurable attendance and questionnaire platform.
- Supported cross-platform releases and later reliability improvements for field use.

## What Luther built

- Signup, verification, profile management, QR scanning and mobile check-in and checkout.
- Persistent login, attendance and active-timer state across launches and sessions.
- A migration of the Expo client from bespoke API access to shared tRPC services and validation.
- Configurable questionnaire actions for follow-up questions, blocking behavior and notifications.
- Browser attendance, back-office authoring, filtering, operational reporting and server-generated CSV exports.
- Android App Links and iOS Universal Links connecting browser and mobile time-tracking flows.
- Later location-workflow hardening with bounded fetching and cached or last-known fallbacks.

- Attendance state coordinated across QR validation, questionnaires, check-in and checkout, timers and recovery paths.
- Questionnaire actions modelled consistently across back-office configuration, browser execution, mobile execution and notification delivery.
- Deep-link configuration spanning application routing, Android App Links and iOS Universal Links.

## Outcomes

- Took the initial mobile attendance experience from foundational screens through production-ready check-in and checkout workflows.
- Expanded the product into configurable operational workflows rather than a fixed QR-scanning application.
- Improved continuity across mobile sessions, browser journeys, shared links and field conditions.
